5-10 student volunteers (6th graders- suggested)
The PTA Carnival is a great family centered event for children pre-k-6. Carnival games and concessions are set up in the EJ gym. Co-chairs are responsible for planning games, renting items for concession stand, promotion, ticket sales, set-up and clean-up. Volunteers were required to assist with running games/concessions, set-up and clean-up.
Volunteers are a crucial part of the Carnival event. Volunteers are asked to help set-up event, run games and concessions and clean-up.
The PTA Carnival is a wonderful event and gives families a chance to come together within their community and share a night out. It is a lot of planning, hard work, and dedication, but the end result is worth it.
